These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cordi platform, operated by Centaur Institute (Ci).
Who Can Use Cordi
Access to Cordi is provided to individuals enrolled in a Centaur Institute programme, along with their authorised clinicians and coaches.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when registering and completing assessments
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised access
- Use the platform only for its intended clinical and research purposes
Our Responsibilities
- Maintain the platform in accordance with applicable Australian health information standards
- Handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Notify you of any material changes to these terms
No Medical Advice
Cordi is a data collection and reporting tool. It does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your treating clinicians.
